ساحة اللعب عبارة عن شبكة مكونة من 9×9 خلايا، مقسمة إلى مربعات أصغر طول ضلعها 3 خلايا. وبذلك، تتكون ساحة اللعب بأكملها من 81 خلية. في بداية اللعبة، توجد بعض الأرقام في هذه المربعات (من 1 إلى 9). على اللاعب ملء الخلايا الفارغة بالأرقام من 1 إلى 9 بحيث لا يظهر أي رقم إلا مرة واحدة في كل صف، وكل عمود، وكل مربع صغير (3×3). تتوفر مستويات صعوبة متعددة للاختيار من بينها. احذر من الأخطاء التي قد ترتكبها.
